The Dark Night of the Soul...that is what it has been called by theologians. ??? Have you ever had that time when you were spiritually dry even when you were doing all the "right" things? If you have grown to any stage of spiritual maturity you have had this experience, and could not explain it. You may have played the blame game. Truth is ...it happens to all of us at one time or another. The only cure is to persevere in spiritual disciplines like prayer, Bible study, assembling with saints and so on.
