You (Jesus)disavowed yourself from what was rightfully yours. You died to self before you ever died on the cross. You came as the suffering servant versus the kingly messiah that man sought. You came in the likeness of man so that he could feel, see, hear you. You were obedient to the Father even unto death on the cross.
What did you get for your troubles? What did you get for doing it the “right” way?
